Modernization of a living room

My client contacted me to modernize his father's living room, who had just passed away. His son wants to rent it out again and would like to give the house a little fresh look without spending a huge budget on it.

The key words of the project; a place that is both aesthetic, functional and pleasant to live in. The objective is to give it a fresh look, while respecting its style (modern with eclectic touches).
