What is the delivery time?

Delivery can take 5 to 7 working days from the time you place your order in mainland France.

Are shipping costs included in the price of the product?

No, delivery costs will be payable in addition, once the basket has been validated. They will depend on the carrier chosen for delivery in mainland France.

How many days do I have to return my product?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can request a return via self-service, i.e. directly via your customer account.

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address:

5 rue George Sand, LANDIVISIAU, 29-Finistère, 29400, France.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How much is the refund for a product?

All items are refunded at 100% of their purchase price (except for the cost of delivery and return which will be deducted when paying).

This refund policy applies except as otherwise stated below:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Is it possible to track the package?

Once the purchase is made, an email will be sent to you with the parcel number to track.
